Orders received up to 1pm will be shipped out the same day, orders received after this time will be shipped out the next working day, (Not Saturday). Please be aware of this.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please email us at sales@shoeshopuk.co.uk to let us know if you would like to exchange or return your order. You can do this up to 7 days from receipt, but you must follow the guidelines below:

1. The item must be packed in its original branded box with all branded promotional materials intact including any packing paper and labels.

2. The goods must be completely unworn.

3. Please ensure that you package the item securely so that it will arrive with us without sustaining any damage.

4. We recommend that you use a carrier which will insure the value of your package as it is your responsibility until it is received by our office

5. Please ensure you include a copy of your despatch note or order confirmation showing your order number so we can identify your return.
