Printing & Pricing Errors: We use a professional photographer to take our images and in some instances photo colours are adapted for the web. We cannot be held responsible if the colour you buy is not exactly as it appears in the flesh. All prices are in £s sterling, inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charge is specified on the delivery section of this website.
These terms and conditions may change without prior notice and will not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an Order Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
To cancel part or all of your order, please email Customer Services at sales@shoeshopuk.co.uk stating the order number and the items no longer required. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us at your own cost. Cancellation will not be effective unless we receive safe return of all items comprising the cancelled order, within 7 days of your notification of cancellation.
Change of Name/Address/Contact Details If for any reason your details change between placing and order and its shipment please ensure you notify us of any change of details as soon as possible, remembering to notify your bank or credit card provider first. To inform us of any change please e-mail us at sales@shopshopuk.co.uk and include your order number as the subject.

Delivery All products will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to credit clearance and availability of stock). Please feel free to re-use it again. Please note when ordering, you will be able to nominate an alternative delivery address, ie work address or neighbour, if you are not going to be at home to receive the goods. To prevent fraud and any loss of goods, we will require a contact name and telephone number of the alternative delivery address.
We apologise but we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Ordering How to Order To place an order after opening an account, click on the items you require and proceed to 'Checkout'. You will need to provide your credit or debit card details for payment. You will then be sent a confirmation of your order by email. We may telephone you when a large order has been made in order to prevent any fraudulent activity on your account. When you have clicked the 'Purchase' icon after clicking 'Checkout', you are making an offer to purchase from us the goods contained in your order at the prices specified. We will accept your order by sending an email to you headed 'Confirmation of Order'. Upon transmission of that email, your order will amount to a legally binding contract between us.
Overseas Orders We at present only accept payment in pounds Sterling so if you are an overseas customer and wish to place an order, please do so by sending your request via email. We will calculate the postage and then inform you of the total amount owing. When you confirm your acceptance by email we will then require you to send your payment by money order or cheque in Pounds Sterling to xxxxx

Personal Information/Privacy The information we receive from customers will never be passed onto third parties. We are against this practice at shoeshopuk, so please be assured that your personal information will be for our use only.
Returns We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have received, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us within the time limit of 7 days, in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.To enable us to process your return, you must complete and send us the return form accompanying your order and enclose it with the goods stating whether you want a replacement or a refund.
Our returns period is strictly 7 days from the date you receive the goods, and items must be received by us within this time. As soon as we receive the goods we will endeavour to process your request for a refund as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days, so we would be grateful if you would bear with us. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. Postage for any returned items is to be paid for by the customer. To cover yourself, please ensure you send items by a traceable method or recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Therefore the information you provide us is encrypted before it is sent to us, and in such a way that other internet users are prevented from viewing your confidential data, particularly your credit or debit card details. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have provided us, so as to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we will always request proof of identity before we are able to disclose anyinformation to you.
